Terms of Service

Welcome to PixelSprint. By accessing or using our service at pixel-sprint.tech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. PixelSprint is operated by PixelSprint Technologies, LLC, based in Columbia, Tennessee.

1. Service description

PixelSprint provides on-demand, pay-as-you-go cloud video rendering. You upload a video file, pay for the render via Stripe, and receive a rendered 1080p output file for download. The Service is provided "as is" and is currently in beta.

2. Accounts and authentication

You must create an account to use the Service. Authentication is handled through Amazon Cognito. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Pricing and payment

Rendering is billed at $4.99 per render for videos up to 20 minutes in length, plus $0.25 for each additional minute beyond 20 minutes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@pixel-sprint.tech.

4. Acceptable use

You may only upload video content that you own or have the rights to render. You may not use the Service to process illegal content, malware, or material that violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content and data

You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded and rendered content. Uploaded files are stored temporarily for processing and are deleted after rendering is complete. Rendered output files are available for download for a limited period. We do not claim any rights to your content.

6. Service availability and limitations

PixelSprint is currently in beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service currently supports 1080p rendering only. Maximum upload file size is 5 GB. Supported input formats are MP4, MOV, MKV, and WebM. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelSprint Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
