PixelSprint Technologies, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the PixelSprint service at pixel-sprint.tech. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information we collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address through Amazon Cognito for authentication purposes.

Video files: When you use the Service, you upload video files for rendering. These files are stored temporarily on AWS S3 during processing. Uploaded source files are deleted after rendering is complete. Rendered output files are retained for a limited download period.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

Usage data: We may collect basic usage information such as render timestamps, file sizes, and error logs for the purpose of maintaining and improving the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the rendering service, process payments through Stripe, communicate with you about your account or renders, diagnose technical issues and improve service reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data security

All video files are encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AWS S3 server-side encryption. Authentication is managed through Amazon Cognito with industry-standard security practices. Access to your data is restricted to the minimum necessary to provide the Service.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate PixelSprint: Amazon Web Services (infrastructure and storage), Stripe (payment processing), and Amazon Cognito (authentication). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data retention

Uploaded source video files are deleted after rendering is complete. Rendered output files are available for download for a limited period and then deleted. Account information is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and data, and withdraw consent for data processing where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@pixel-sprint.tech.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
